We are having an absolutely excellent stay. We had a massage at the spa which was incredible. We paid extra for the jacuzzi which was lovely and relaxing 😎 The food was absolutely delicious, including afternoon tea and dinner. The staff have all been so friendly, accommodating and helpful, including recommending places to see and things to do in Legenderry. The room is absolutely stunning and it is in a perfect location. I was really pleased with the price for everything especially considering it is a 4 star hotel. My only complaint would be the lockers, they definitely need more keys as my partner and I had to share a locker which meant running in between changing rooms. Both female toilets were also blocked and the floor in the changing rooms could be replaced. All in all, we are having a fabulous time and we have been treated like royalty!

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. Always my go to hotel when visiting Derry. Perfectly situated just a short drive to town but far away from the noise to feel relaxed. Bar and restaurant facilities are beautiful and the food is outstanding. I’ve been for many meals here and never once had a complaint. The staff are exceptional and so very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel

Went for a spa day. The treatments were phenomenal, exceptionally relaxing. Pool was freezing but I soon warmed up in the sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi wasn't on when I was in. Staff were helpful and attentive. The dining area where we had afternoon tea was lovely. The special diet options were very limited but the chef did try to throw something together which I really appreciated. Overall a lovely experience and I will definitely go back.

Main Hotel areas are a bit dated and could do with refurb - the restaurant however does appear to have been updated - we had a warm welcome from receptionist.

Went for lunch today to treat our daughter after completing one of her transfer tests. The food was delicious. Goujons came with a rainbow slaw and garlic mayonnaise. Goujons had a fine panko coating. A lovely clean taste. Vegetable soup and wheaten bread was devoured by our son. Both children had chocolate fudge cake with ice-cream. Restaurant was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and very attentive. One long serving staff member remembered us from previous visits which was lovely and he brought the desserts out only when the children had finished their main.

Room was great, very clean and spacious. Food was lovely. However we felt really let down by the service- it was terrible. Slow, disinterested, bad communication and waiters arguing with other customers, even management didnt seem to have a clue. Service was so slow my wee boy started kicking off from boredom - no consideration given to this at all. We would have had dessert and more drinks i the restaurant if the service was good. One girl with brown hair and glasses was great but unfortunately she couldn't carry the whole restaurant. We went to bed annoyed about dinner only to be woken by the fire alarm for seemingly no reason at 630. Woke my toddler and knocked him out of routine which more or less ruined the second day of our trip- no acknowledgement or apology given for this. The pool was also unbearably cold, we could only stay in for 20mins because all were freezing. Also dirty. This is not 4star hotel. Will never be back.

Went here for dinner last weekend. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the food was delicious but took an absolute age to come out. An hour from being seated we still hadn't gotten our starters. Plenty of staff on standing around, restaurant wasn't overly busy at all. Disappointing.

Had fab stay with family for family wedding. Was up graded when we arrived and was very impressed with the rooms and service. Also had an evening meal which was surprisingly good considering most of the party of 10 were vegetarian. Slightly disappointed with the breakfast as no dairy milk alternative.
